ECBD001 DIN-rail mounted single-phase electronic energy meter

Description

The ECBD001 DIN-rail mounted single-phase electronic energy meter is a newly developed single-phase two-wire energy meter designed by our company using advanced microelectronic technology, dedicated large-scale integrated circuits (LSI), digital sampling and processing technology, and SMT manufacturing processes.

Its technical performance fully complies with the relevant requirements for Class 1 single-phase energy meters specified in the IEC 62053-21 international standard. The meter can directly and accurately measure active energy consumption in single-phase AC power networks with a rated frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz.

The meter features a 7-digit LCD display to indicate active energy consumption and is characterized by high reliability, compact size, light weight, attractive appearance, and easy installation. It is widely applicable and convenient for system integration and supporting applications.

Features

• 35 mm DIN standard rail mounting in compliance with DIN EN 50022, or front-panel mounting. Both installation methods are optional and can be freely selected by the user.
• 7-digit LCD display, standard configuration 6+1 digits (999999.9 kWh), optional 5+2 digit display.
• Standard configuration with passive energy pulse output (polarized); optional passive remote energy pulse output (non-polarized), convenient for connection with various AMR systems, compliant with IEC 62053-31 and DIN 43864 standards.
• Three LEDs indicate power status (green), energy pulse signal (red), and RS485 communication status (yellow).
• Standard configuration does not detect the direction of load current flow; optional automatic detection of load current direction, indicated by a separate LED.
• Unidirectional measurement of single-phase two-wire active energy consumption, independent of load current direction, compliant with IEC 62053-21 standard.
• Standard configuration with S-type wiring (bottom entry, top exit), direct connection. Optional CT connection mode and PT & CT connection mode.
• Standard configuration with short terminal cover; optional extended terminal cover to enhance electrical safety.
• Equipped with RS485 communication interface, enabling remote meter reading and centralized management via RS485 communication network. Standard communication protocol is provided, with optional protocols (MODBUS-RTU or DL/T 645).
