Single-Phase Electronic Energy Meter ECBD001

Description

The ECBD001 DIN-rail mounted single-phase electronic energy meter is newly developed using advanced microelectronics technology, dedicated large-scale integrated circuits (LSI), digital sampling processing technology, and SMT manufacturing processes.

The meter fully complies with the IEC 62053-21 Class 1 standard for single-phase energy meters and is designed to accurately measure the active energy consumption of loads in single-phase two-wire AC power systems with a rated frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz.

The meter features a 7-digit LCD display for active energy consumption and offers high reliability, compact size, lightweight structure, attractive appearance, and easy installation, making it suitable for a wide range of electrical measurement and monitoring applications.

Features

Flexible Installation

Supports 35 mm DIN rail mounting compliant with DIN EN 50022, or front-panel mounting. Users can select either installation method.

LCD Display

7-digit LCD display with standard 6+1 digit format (999999.9 kWh). Optional 5+2 digit display format available.

Pulse Output

Standard passive energy pulse output (polarized). Optional passive remote pulse output (non-polarized), compliant with IEC 62053-31 and DIN 43864.

Status Indicators

Three LED indicators for power status, energy pulse signal, and RS485 communication status.

Current Direction Detection

Standard version does not detect load current direction. Optional automatic current direction detection with dedicated LED indication.

Energy Measurement

Unidirectional measurement of single-phase two-wire active energy consumption, compliant with IEC 62053-21.

Wiring Configuration

Standard S-type direct connection wiring (bottom input, top output). Optional CT or PT & CT connection configurations available.

Terminal Cover

Standard short terminal cover with optional extended terminal cover for enhanced electrical safety.

RS485 Communication

Equipped with RS485 communication interface for remote meter reading and centralized energy management.

Communication Protocol

Standard communication protocol included. Optional MODBUS-RTU or DL/T645 protocols available.
