The ECBS012 electromagnetic flowmeter consists of two main components: a sensor and a converter. The sensor includes a measuring tube, electrodes, excitation coils, magnetic core, and housing.
The converter amplifies, processes, and calculates the flow signals, enabling the display of instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow. It can also output pulse signals and analog current signals for flow measurement and process control applications.
Equipped with an intelligent converter, the flowmeter not only provides measurement and display functions but also supports remote data transmission, wireless control, and alarm functions, making it suitable for modern industrial flow monitoring systems.
