The ECBD004 series DIN-rail mounted three-phase electronic energy meter is developed using advanced microelectronics technology, dedicated large-scale integrated circuits (LSI), digital sampling and processing technology, and SMT manufacturing processes.
The meter complies with the IEC 62053-21 Class 1 standard and provides accurate measurement of active energy consumption in three-phase AC networks with a rated frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
Equipped with a 7-digit LCD display, the meter offers high reliability, compact size, light weight, and easy installation, making it suitable for a wide range of power monitoring and system integration applications.
Flexible installation: Supports 35 mm DIN rail mounting in accordance with DIN EN 50022 or front-panel mounting, allowing users to choose the most suitable installation method.
Clear LCD display: 7-digit LCD display, standard 6+1 digits (999999.9 kWh), with optional 5+2 digit display format.
Energy pulse output: Standard passive energy pulse output (polarized). Optional passive remote pulse output (non-polarized) for easy integration with AMR systems, compliant with IEC 62053-31 and DIN 43864.
Status indication: Six LED indicators show operating status, including phase power status (yellow, green, red), energy pulse signal (white), and RS485 communication status (yellow COM indicator).
Load direction detection: Standard automatic detection of load current direction, with a dedicated LED indicator.
Accurate measurement: Supports unidirectional measurement of three-phase active energy, independent of load current direction, compliant with IEC 62053-21.
Flexible wiring options: Standard S-type wiring (bottom entry, top exit) for direct connection. Optional CT connection or PT & CT connection configurations are available.
Enhanced safety: Standard short terminal cover, with optional extended terminal cover for improved electrical protection.
Communication capability: Built-in RS485 interface enables remote meter reading and centralized management through RS485 networks. Supported communication protocols include DL/T 645 or Modbus-RTU.
