ECBD012 Single-Phase Intelligent Power Terminal Integrates Energy Meter

Description

The ECBD012 single-phase intelligent power terminal integrates energy metering, LCD display, protection and tripping, and communication functions in a compact device. It uses advanced MCUs and high-precision metering chips to accurately measure total, forward, and reverse active energy, and supports tariff-based metering, data freezing, and optional remote prepaid or postpaid operation.

The terminal provides real-time monitoring of voltage, current, power, frequency, power factor, temperature, and residual current (leakage). With high reliability, stable performance, and low power consumption, it supports 35 mm DIN rail installation and is suitable for distribution cabinets and small distribution boxes.

It is widely used in single equipment monitoring, dormitories, apartments, rental housing, public buildings, charging stations, and enterprise energy management systems.

Features

  • Electrical parameter measurement: Measures forward and reverse active energy, voltage, current, power, and power factor in real time.

  • Temperature monitoring: Built-in line temperature sensing with real-time monitoring of phase conductor temperature.

  • Residual current protection: Default leakage protection at 30 mA, adjustable 0–100 mA via remote configuration; trip time < 0.1 s.

  • Voltage protection: Includes overvoltage protection (default 280 V) and undervoltage protection (default 180 V) with response time < 0.5 s.

  • Overcurrent protection: Default current settings 8 A / 16 A; adjustable protection range 0.1–63 A with trip time < 0.5 s.

  • Protective tripping: Provides audible and visual alarms and automatic tripping in case of overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overload, overtemperature, or leakage faults.

  • Automatic reclosing: After a fault is cleared, the circuit automatically recloses once after 1 minute. If the fault persists, reclosing is disabled for safety.

  • Power-off data retention: Automatic data storage during power outages, ensuring measurement data is not lost.

  • Event alarms: Real-time alarm notifications for overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overload, overtemperature, and leakage conditions.

  • Event logging: Records historical events including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overload, overtemperature, and leakage faults.

  • Intelligent control: Supports remote trip and close control through the upper-level management platform.

  • Communication protocols: Supports DL/T 645-2007 and Modbus-RTU communication protocols.
