The ECBS007 split-type ultrasonic water meter (multi-channel) is a newly developed metering product independently designed by our company. It adopts a separated structure, with the measurement unit and data processing unit installed independently. This design enables flexible multi-household combinations with a shared data acquisition terminal.
Compared with traditional water meters, the ECBS007 offers higher measurement accuracy, lower infrastructure costs, and simplified maintenance, making it particularly suitable for centralized water meter installation scenarios.
• High cost efficiency: The 1+N architecture centralizes functions such as data metering and storage, remote communication, power management, and human–machine interaction, reducing overall system construction costs. Supports up to 8 base meters and ball valve connections.
• Compact installation: The base meter is approximately the size of a cigarette pack, allowing installation in tight or limited spaces, ideal for retrofit projects.
• Flexible expansion: Supports easy expansion for valve control or additional meters, and can also extend monitoring functions such as water pressure and water temperature at manifold points.
• Communication options: Supports RS485 and LoRa communication.
• Convenient maintenance: Individual components can be replaced without replacing the entire meter, enabling simple installation, removal, and servicing.
• Centralized multi-meter management: Supports edge composite calculation for thermal circulation meters (heat supply and return meters).
• Advanced data management: Includes abnormal data filtering, configurable time-based data freezing, and data retransmission, with storage for 24 months of cumulative consumption data and alarm events.
• Comprehensive data acquisition: Supports water temperature measurement and bidirectional flow measurement.
• Active alarm functions: Supports alarms for reverse installation, empty pipe, leakage, pipe burst, abnormal high flow, abnormal low flow, temperature anomalies, acquisition faults, tamper detection, and low battery voltage.
