The ECBS005 wireless remote water meter is designed based on LoRa (Long Range Radio) technology. It provides long-distance wireless communication with a typical transmission range of 2–5 km in urban areas and up to 15 km in suburban areas.
Using spread spectrum technology, a single LoRa gateway can connect thousands of LoRa nodes. Under the same power consumption conditions, the communication distance is 3–5 times greater than traditional RF wireless communication, making it suitable for large-scale water metering networks.
• Low-power microprocessor and power-efficient design, extending battery service life.
• LoRa-based wireless communication, supporting scheduled data transmission and active alarm reporting. Devices can automatically access the network without manual configuration, simplifying installation and deployment.
• Real-time monitoring of battery voltage.
• Active reporting of daily water consumption data for the past 30 days.
• Supports online remote firmware upgrades.
• Large-capacity, long-distance wireless data transmission.
